Over 20 years + we endeavoured to create a peaceful rural retreat in spectacular country location enjoying panoramic views of the River Forth. Only 8 miles from St Andrews, the home of golf & 45 miles from Edinburgh. And of course, Fife is peppered with golf courses. Every season we strive to make it better. 

It's spectacular setting in the East Neuk of Fife countryside enjoys panoramic views of the River Forth, St Monans, Pittenweem, Anstruther, Cellardyke, Crail and we are not that far from the beautiful town and beaches of Elie. Scotland is known for having the least light pollution in Europe and here at Carnbee is an ideal location for star gazing and catching the night sky, nocturnal life and wildlife.

The scenic East Neuk of Fife is an ideal touring base for the picturesque coastal villages and the Fife Coastal Path a must for walkers. Kellie Castle with it's beautiful walled garden is within a mile and St Andrews Old Course is only 20 minutes away. Edinburgh is our closest airport.
